Who we are
Gabanna FoodWorks is a trading name of Green Banana Food B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 65467817, at Maasboulevard 100, 3063 NS Rotterdam.
Green Banana Food B.V. is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or request a sample through this website, we collect what you enter in the form. That’s your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number, the type of enquiry and your message. Role and phone number are optional.
When you email or call us, we keep your contact details and what you tell us.
When you visit the website, our website provider records basic technical information such as the pages visited, the type of browser and device, and the country the visit comes from. We only see this as totals, and it doesn’t identify you.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry details to reply to you, send samples, prepare offers and follow up on work you’ve asked us about. We do this because you’ve asked us to, before any agreement is made, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
We use visit totals to keep the website working and to improve it, based on the same legitimate interest.
We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t use your data for advertising.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Visit totals come from Framer’s built-in analytics, which works without cookies.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the services that help us run the website and our email. Framer hosts this website and handles form submissions. Google provides our email. Both process data on our behalf under data processing terms.
Where data is handled outside the European Economic Area, this happens under safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as standard contractual clauses.
We’ll also share data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and delete them when they’re no longer needed. Records connected to orders and invoices are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.
How we protect it
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. You can also ask us to restrict how we use it, object to how we use it, or give you a copy in a format you can take elsewhere.

If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or the way we work changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
